John Stingemore, above, managed the Grafton Close children’s care home, in London.
Stingemore supplied children from the Grafton Close home to the Elm Guest House boy brothel.
Clients of the Elm Guest house boy brothel included members of the UK security services, UK government ministers and people linked to the Royal Family.
Kennedy Court, St Leonards-on-Sea, where Stingemore is believed to have died.
On 16 January 2015, it was reported that John Stingemore had died.
He died in mysterious circumstances, just before going on trial.
Islington in London has been a centre of child abuse rings working from children’s care homes.
