If the UK security services have an ‘asset’ in the UK who has influence in Tunisia, you might expect him to be very well looked after.
Hani al-Sibai, who is Egyptian, lives in West London.
The rent for his £1 million house, in Ravenscourt Park, is paid by the tax payer.
He gets almost £50,000 a year from UK government agencies.
Over a period of 15 years, the UK government has failed to deport him.
